Workers Day Workout With Coach Jay

The 2nd edition of workers day workout with Coach Jay was a success, with this year’s theme; “Exercise to stay fit and healthy” saw participants from all walks of life troop to the Sekondi Methodist Park to exercise, have fun, network and also shake of some stress out of busy work schedules.
This was an improvement of the 1st edition. The atmosphere was charged and great energy from all the participants. The goal this year was achieved with all participants getting the benefits from the workout session and others things which were provided. Activities for the day were, a health screening, rehab session, mind and body session, body composition checks, aerobics dance workout and calisthenics workout.
The event also brought together various fitness coaches including: Mr. Amui, Dr. Alex Dadzie, Mr. Boakye, Coach Long story, Mex fitness, Coach Mary, Coach Mohammad, Madam Christy and Coach Baiden of Regi fit. Also in participation were various fitness groups in Western Region such as.

  2. Euro keep fit club
  3. Regi fit center
  4. Fitbody & Rehab
  5. Takoradi keep fit club
  6. 24 Fit Camp, and many more

The facilitator for the day, Coach Jay made it known that, getting people to cultivate the habit of exercising is what this event seeks to achieve, and he believes this event will be bigger and better in the coming years.

Moving forward he also encourages companies and all individuals to continue to support this event to help promote health and fitness. This ambitious project, fully funded by His Royal Majesty, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, will be executed in multiple phases. Today marks the beginning of Phase One.
