Kai Havertz has reportedly suffered a hamstring injury during Arsenal’s training camp in Dubai.

The injury adds to Arsenal’s current challenges with their attacking options, especially given the absence of other key forwards like Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka, and Gabriel Jesus due to injuries.

The severity of Havertz’s injury is not yet fully known, but there are concerns as Arsenal now have limited senior forwards available, with only Raheem Sterling, Leandro Trossard, and the young Ethan Nwaneri as viable options.

This injury comes at a time when Arsenal did not secure additional forwards during the January transfer window, making Havertz’s potential absence a significant blow to the team’s title aspirations.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is expected to provide an update on Havertz’s condition in an upcoming press conference. The situation underscores the gamble Arsenal took by not reinforcing their squad, particularly in attack, where injuries have now left the team vulnerable.
