Australian tennis player Alex de Minaur withdrew from his quarter-final match against Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon due to a hip injury sustained during his previous match.
The injury, a torn cartilage connecting to the adductors, occurred on match point against Arthur Fils. De Minaur expressed devastation over the injury, which not only ended his Wimbledon campaign but also put his participation in the upcoming Olympics at risk.
