The WNBA is going through a bit of a financial rollercoaster ride as the league is experiencing a surge in popularity, thanks to stars like Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese.

On the other hand, it’s still projected to lose up to $50 million this year. It’s like the WNBA is trying to figure out how to turn all that popularity into cold, hard cash.

Although the league is attracting more fans, and games are selling out. But it seems like there’s still a gap between the excitement on the court and the financial success off the court.
